"ADDENDUM A/O 11/5/2023 - THIS COMMENT IS IN CAPS NOT DUE TO SHOUTING I AM LIVID FROM THE NON-ACTIONS OF RELIANT, PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND PORTOFINO PROPERTY MANGEMENT CHOSEN BY OWNERSHIP. I HAVE COMPLAINED, COMMENTED ABOUT THE CIGARETTE SMOKING OF THE RESDIDENT(S) IN BLDG 3. ALL THE BUILDINGS ARE NON-SMOKING, INCLUSIVE THE APTS. THERE IS PROVIDED AREAS FOR THE "HUMAN SMOKING FURNACES" I HAVE ADVISED THE "COMMUNITY DIRECTOR - CHR-------"'. I ALSO HAVE SPOKEN DIRECTLY TO THE THREE RESIDENTS/TENANTS, ONE OF WHICH HAS MENTIONED TO ME SHE GOES INTO THE STORAGE CLOSET ON HER BALCONY TO "HIDE". THE OTHER ONE SMOKES IN HER BEDROOM BY HER WINDOWS, THE THIRD ONE THINKS COMING TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE BLUILDING, IS SMOKING OUTSIDE, INCORRECT, THATS NOT A SMOKING AREA. THE CIGARETTE SMOKE IS COMING INTO MY APARTMENT. ALL DAY LONG. RELIANT AND PORTOFINO PROPERTY MANAAGEMENT WHAT IS YOUR COURSE OF ACTION? THE LEASE RULES AND REGULATIONS STRICTLY PROHIBIT SMOKING ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED AREAS. Critique is for use of "Amenities" being marketed for "Resident(s) use. The following have not been available for "Resident" use, since April. Please advise if, when, or at all, those amenities will be made available again. Thank you "AMENITIES NOT AVAILABLE" Conference/Meeting Room, Complimentary Clubhouse Wi-Fi, Fitness Center, "Clubhouse", Kitchen, area, Coffee Area, "Organized Activities", Billards Room, Computer/Library, Free Weights,, Business Center, Rec Room, TV Lounge, Game Tables, Billiards Table A/O this commentary - 12:38pm 7/31/2023, the flyer at main Office door is displayed indicating "Clubhouse" not available"

"I lived at portfolio apartment and moved from there, to much drama and the manger is a liyer,thift if you pay cash for your rent she put it in her pocket and then liyes about it. Nothing gets fixed,no activity for seniors not aloud in the office, only to put money on your wash card, they don't care about the seniors."

"The place it self is great but the hallways smell even though maintenance cane to clean there always a bad smell We pay our rent and expect the property management do there part. There are buckets in the hallways so when it rains the floor don’t get wet instead of fixing the roof they just replace it with buckets so unsanitary. We pay rent and should not see buckets in the hallway it’s looks dirty So I would like that fix there is a laundry basket In Front of my door since the roof is leaking not acceptable You people want your rent on time we expect services to be done the Right way. How would you like a bucket or laundry basket to be In Front of your door since the roof is leaking I think department of sanitation should be aware of this that would be next step"

"My response to work through the 1Star review to a 5Star: To the ownership of Portofino Senior Apts, What would lead you to think, believe and act in such a non-professional, uncorporate style of Management? Your chosen "property manager" professed to be "contaminated by the bug infestation" resulting in shunning, refusing and "discriminating" against me from entering the clubhouse, for access to "laundry card replenishing machine". However, the chosen "property manager, office management and "housekeeping" are in the Clubhouse" directly in contact with the "contamination".. Being subjected to call, bring money, laundry card, during new office hours, with possibly, who may be available, certainly does not shout "customer service or do you need help?" The testimony being evidenced, "chosen property management, staff and housekeeping are more in fear of loosing their job, they are willing, to risk themselves, their babies, family, etc., in order to be executioners to "headquarter(s) demand(s).. I, invite corporate to lock themselves up, during the working hours along with their chosen property management crew and housekeeping in the clubhouse. Such a "good faith act" would encourage my brain in thought, "it may be possible, corporate is concerned about my well being.." What do you think? Addendum to the 5Star rating: Keeping in step with OSHA, HIPPA, Privacy Law(s) and Realtor Board(s) 1st name initials are being provided: R, C, S, M, J, and A are attentive, caring, conscientious, diligent, extraordinary and much, much more. They each have been welcoming in aiding Bear and I, in our adjustment to the Apartment's Community,. Some of the Residents have also added to the experience as well... Cool place to live and enjoy our youth"
