"My family and I had a fantastic recent stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, and Ashley, in particular, stood out (plus we have the same name). From a warm check-in to providing great recommendations for places to eat (the bar is walking distance from hotel). Ashley swiftly addressed any issues we had with a pleasant attitude. Her exceptional customer service, along with a thoughtful touch of providing coloring books and crayons for my kids, made our stay truly memorable. The hotel was impeccably clean, enhancing the overall positive experience."

"I booked a room well in advance (2 weeks) ahead. I found a much nicer hotel at a good rate and cancelled my "reservation." Apparently cancelling a reservation constitutes being charged the full rate and complete rate of your stay. Utterly distrusted with this policy and complete lack of service to the customer. I stay at hotels often for work and rest assured will NEVER stay at another holiday Inn. I've paid unfair rates for mediocre hotels before for. Bit paying full price for nothing is disgusting. The hotel management should be embarrassed. It's an insult and essentially robbery. Who should have to pay for no product or service? I see that you've responded. Not at all changing my review. Not sure what world you live in where taking money from someone without receiving service or a product is acceptable. In the world I live in, that's called robbery. Plain and simple. Your website that I booked the room on also states a 24 hour cancelation policy. What is that for jokes and giggles? If nothing is refundable then what's the notice for? Interesting and misleading to say the least. That's called a bate and switch. I'm disgusted with your response. I'll be encouraging my colleagues to stay elsewhere from now on. Best "service" I've ever received next to being robbed at gunpoint."

"Stayed here for a tournament and we enjoyed our stay. The facility is well maintained, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and the water pressure was great so after a long day outdoors it was nice to come back to a relaxing shower. They provide full size Dove products in the shower from shampoo to body lotion. They also offered complimentary breakfast which was great from a light breakfast to protein filling options also great when getting ready for a game to have a well balanced breakfast. Overall, highly recommended place to stay."
