"I will start by saying the staff is polite and very professional, so that is not the issue here. The issue is I have had several problems since I’ve been here. Nothing is what I thought it would be, and it is extremely over priced. I thought that I would at least be getting in to an apartment with updated appliances which is what I seen on the website before I moved in. The appliances are completely outdated, and im still paying the same price. I did not know about all the extra charges until lease signing. Why quote one price and not include the extra charges. I don’t even use trash valet because I live right next to the dumpster. It should be a choice if you would like to include the extra services. I don’t use it. Secondly, there is a roach issue here. Why? I’m not understanding. Do they not do quarterly sprays here, or is that something you have to pay for too? I really wanted to like this place, but it’s not at all what I expected. It was already a hassle getting in, I didn’t have a fob to get in the laundry and I’ve been here for over a month. I just think they should reconsider, or listen to there tenants. We are already paying so much. I do know that when my lease is up, we will be in moving else where. If I’m going to pay almost $1900 for a place to live, I at least should get my moneys worth. This is definitely not it. And this is someone who never leave reviews unless I am completely unsatisfied. I am definitely not satisfied."

"I live here, leaving sooner or later. You have to pay so much, for less. HUGE roach problem. They charge over unnecessary stuff. Like the trash problems, people litter, next to the back wall separating the other apartment complex, the tannish/yellow ones. The washing machines are usually broken, lots of Dog dung(poop) in the dog park. The pool is alright, haven’t been there in a while, but is pretty clean. They charge a lot of money for a small living space and get charged extra and stuff for having bikes on your patio. You also get charged for the trash when they don't come around, which is crazy because you have to pay so much for the little stuff they do. They also have lots of fights, though those are personal problems get too rough. Cops often come for 3-4 months. (May be exaggerating but they do come often.)"

"Everyone from the office and Maintance staff have been very professional and pleasant to work. The few times I need assistance it was handled quickly. The only problem which really had nothing to do with them was the towing service who towed my car for handicap placid which following and was in plain sight on my floor. Other then I have enjoyed living here."
