Comfort Inn & Suites Henderson - Las Vegas 475 Marks Street, Henderson, NV 89014

"Location was great since our venue was in walking distance. The girls at the front desk were very nice. The check-in time was kinda late being after 3pm. The room was spacious and clean nothing fancy or new but pretty clean except the sofa couch which needs a good steam cleaning. There was no fan/ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but the ladies in the kitchen area were very rude. They were unplugging and turning off machines on people the second it turned 9:30am. One guy was literally pouring juice and she shut it off mid pour on him and kept repeating 9:30, 9:30! I’m not sure if she spoke English or not but it was just very rude."

"Overall, it was nice. Nothing deserving of 5 stars, but worth it. The room was clean, and spacious. The bathroom was decent. Not a fan of the shower curtains."

"Room size is good. Many hotels these days have rooms that are too small and feel cramped as soon as you bring your suitcase in. The rooms are clean, furniture is dated. Beds are VERY firm. Hotel is located near lots of amenities. The Continental breakfast is limited and doesn't have a great variety but it still offered. However the kitchen area could be more spacious. Everything is really close together making it difficult to crowded and cramped. There is a bit of traffic noise throughout the day but the nights are pretty quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. We're here on a holiday weekend and the hotel his fairly full so they are all working hard and aren't getting much down time between assisting guests. They have all been courteous and kind."

"Hotel staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and breakfast was great. Hotel was close to a casino and multiple places to eat. Safe area. Lisa the day desk clerk went above and beyond giving us destination ideas that did not include casinos and gambling and she did it with a smile. Breakfast was great, with cheese omelets that were awesome. There were a ton of other breakfast options along with sausage and muffins."

"I had to travel to Henderson on short notice and had to book a hotel. Pros: + Clean rooms. I went over the room with a blacklight and the room, bedding, and floor were spotless. + Breakfast was okay, standard hotel fare. + Despite the hotel being fully booked, I heard minimal noise. + Middle of business district with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby Cons: - Rooms are indeed a bit dated. Final thoughts: - The hotel met all the positive qualities: clean, safe, quiet, and relatively inexpensive. Would stay here again. - Other reviews mentioned homeless - I did not see any homeless in either the stairwells, the hotel, or the pathway behind the hotel."
