"Staff was great and the view is amazing. However, the 2 stars is due to management not disclosing all the things closed before we booked! No spa, no workout room, no beach, one of the pools was closed, a restaurant not opened. I understand renovations and things happen, but please let your customers know before arrival!"

"I read nightmare reviews before arriving and they are there. Cleanliness is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Trash laying around the property including staircases. Hair and dirt in room. Stains on towels and sheets. When I arrived there was a half emptied bottle of water on my room. Everything is very worn and long overdue a refurbishment. Hotel can only arrange a 100 USD ride to town. Don’t book this hotel."

"Absolutely will be booking here again! It's part of the Marriot group of hotels so the quality is top notch! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The complimentary fruit infused water by check-in was delicious. The rain shower head and adjustable removable sprayer hose were fabulous, along with the complimentary to use full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Silky smooth sheets and plush pillows and lavender roll on improved my sleep tremendously. The grounds are beautiful, even as the desert landscape is gorgeous! I can't wait for summer to go back and enjoy the pool area with it's 2 separate pools, beach entry , water slide , kiddie play area, bar and food cabana, full size chess game, jacuzzi, ping pong tables, fire pits, free trolley to the shops nearby ... So many nice amenities!"

"Loved our stay at the Westin Resort and Spa. The surroundings are beautiful and the service was great. They have an excellent buffet breakfast (free if you have Bonvoy status) with an omelette station. We loved staying off the strip and then driving in to go to dinner and watch shows. Be prepared for a 30-40 min drive (which we didn't mind at all). We took advantage of the walking trails, which are paved. We will be definitely staying here again."

"I always love Marriott for their extraordinary service for their customers. I went for my birthday and I had told them in advance. They surprisingly had me a cake , soda , fruits and a birthday card. So nice to see the gesture from them and I know they would do anything for their customers. They did the same thing when I stayed in Time square New York when I went for my wife’s birthday and the same on my birthday. The Ricks cafe they had is also good as when you stay here you get a breakfast voucher to eat in Ricks Cafe which is close to $32 per person per voucher. Only improvement part is I had reached during my check in time but the room was not ready for couple of hours. I know they are working on the prep of my arrival but could have planned it better. I will still give a 5 star for their hospitality. Only issue was"
