They always made sure our concerns were taken care of and were always professional. The neighborhood is generally very quiet and maintenance always handled our concerns with urgency. "Great place to live. Gated at a certain hour, nice, clean. They up keep the lawn landscaping, it's on point!! Fair prices for what you get, 2 pools, a lot pet grass spots for your pets and convenient poop bags as well. Have garages you can pay for extra space or your car. Great staff here as well. "Definitely the best renting experience I’ve ever had. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you because typically they come from bad renters. My wife and I have lived here for almost 3 years and definitely would recommend. It’s less than a half mile from the Nevada State College campus and walking distance to Remedy’s Tavern. The maintenance staff is fast and friendly and the front staff is always willing to help you with any issues. During peak season is when we moved in and had to wait to secure a downstairs unit but totally worth it. The pools are always clean and well-maintained and despite the haters, are only really heated in the winter time (I mean who doesn’t want a cold pool in 110° heat)."
