Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas/Henderson 1340 West Warm Springs Road, Henderson, NV 89014

"Stayed here on a Saturday and Sunday night. Used the app to book. Front desk lady was a joy when checking in. We have stayed here before when the price is right. The pool is in the middle of a remodel, but that is okay cause the weather is not hot yet. The rooms here are very nice, super clean, and the TV's are massive. The carpets were clean all about and the place smelled good. The free coffee in the AM was a nice touch. This is the best hotel in Henderson when the price is not too high during peak weekends. The parking is free and well lit. This is the 4th time I've stayed over the past few years and have never been disappointed. The gym is really good too if you are into working out like I am. Most hotel gyms don't do it for me, but I enjoy this one. Stay here, you will not be disappointed."

"Hotel itself is clean and updated. Location had a lot of amenities around and close to interstate access. The service left much to be desired. We stayed here for a soccer tournament. Upon check-in, we were given breakfast vouchers. We were given 3, one for each person in our party, not one for each day, we were instructed to come back to the front desk when we ran out of vouchers. When we came down for breakfast, they said they had given out the vouchers by mistake. Even though it was their mistake and it was one meal out of a 4 night stay, they refused to honor the vouchers instead of just explaining we wouldn't have been able to access them going forward. On the first full day we were out for games, we returned to our room to find it had been propped open by the cleaning person and just left propped open while we were away. Unsettling to say the least. There is definitely room for improvement on the quality of service and security."

"Rooms were super clean and serviced every day, the staff were courteous, and the hotel had free coffee every morning. Hotel is in the middle of everything; we walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The rooms here are nice and dimly lit which makes it feel very cozy. The walls are thin and you can hear just about everything. The beds, covers and pillows are so comfy, I slept so well here. I only gave it a 4 star because I noticed this is the bathroom which is kinda silly they missed this. (Pic attached)"

"This review is more about the customer service at this hotel. The hotel itself was fine. The customer service on the other hand was very rude and not helpful at all. We came to check in and it showed we didn't have a room and they were sold out. I had called the hotel and emailed 4 times to get confirmation and they told me I had a room but when we showed up we didn't. Rocky called me and was very rude and told me she would do nothing for me and that it was not her hotels fault this happened even though I called the hotel number directly. She fought with me for almost 10 minutes until she finally said she would give us points if that would help. I don't appreciate the lack of customer service and the fighting over the phone. I hope they get some more nice helpful people to work there."
