"My roommate and I have moved on 3/15/2024 and Anais assisted with everything, at first it seemed like a pleasant place with nice staff. That quickly changed when maintenance work was needed! We have had a broken refrigerator for over 10 days and they are just now going to switch it out. The maintenance supervisor is a liar and the manager Marisol Hernandez is equally at fault she is dismissive, rude an inappropriate! Anais seems ok, but she does not care either! Do not move here! When they respond to this review please keep me in mind they want renters and will not be honest in their response. This place is ok until you get on your feet, don’t stay here longer than needed if you must rent here. The manager has a “if you don’t like it you can leave attitude”. If anyone needs the regional managers info or any other higher ups please let know!"

"Please DO NOT move here! Your apartment will smell like marijuana all day and it's really strong it will make everything in your apartment smell and the office will not do anything about it also they don't answer maintenance requests you have to put in the request then email them for them to even know about it. You have to email them about anything or else nothing will get done. Everything in the apartment falls apart and they just say oh it's supposed to be that way and won't fix it.."

"In my brief experience with them. They were friendly. The move-in process was smooth. The unit was spacious and the rent was decent. I didn’t end up saying cause of some maintenance and neighbor issues but if those things were to get fixed I would have no problem going to rent from them again"
