"Great people here at the south Rainbow location. Before I even went in, they worked with me on the phone and explained things in detail to me. When I entered the store, it was clean, and even though the employee was busy; he greeted me and asked me to give him just a couple minutes. When he helped me, our talk was brief, but efficient; and then they stayed in contact with me over the next 2 days and went above and beyond to assist me. I would recommend them for all your phone and warranty needs."

"EDIT: It saddens me to make this edit to my review from 5 stars to 1 but what I received back from ubreakitifixit makes me never want to return to this location again. I went in with a charging port issue for my computer and received my computer in a state that shocked me. My laptop is new from the past year and it now it looks like I've had it forever after dropping off my laptop into their care. The charging port was fixed at the cost of absolutely wrecking the appearance of my laptop. They pulled back the piece you see in this picture attached to "access the laptop" when they had perfectly good screws to use around the laptop that did not require them completely destroying the comfort of my laptop as well as the aesthetic of it. It is a 2 in 1 and this piece that flops around is completely cumbersome to deal with and not only is it annoying-it is now completely bent because they pulled it back-and it wasn't even pulled back carefully. It is broken. Also, the sticker that they placed was impossible to remove. What kind of care is this? I now have a laptop that I had to superglue together because I trusted this place. I will be going elsewhere in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Amazing! I went in expecting to turn my laptop in for repair and to wait a few days. Hunter took my laptop to the back and within 15 minutes it was completely repaired. Not only was the service swift and efficient- he had excellent customer service as witnessed by my service and the people ahead of me. 11/10 experience, will be coming back and recommending this location for any repairs anyone needs!"

"Great experiance. Took my fold 4 in for warranty inner screen replacement. Came in a few weeks after it started and the phone was a day out of warranty. They managed to get it approved under warranty anyway (at samsungs discretion). They could have said no but we're willing to go the extra mile to help me out. Then there was a small imperfection in application and they re did it no questions asked no hastling and gave it to me in perfect condition. Absolutely would come back to these professionals"

"My laptop was very slow despite being new and I was about to toss it in the garbage when I decided to give this place a try. No regrets, the guys were great, I was pleasantly surprised by the service and found it to be trustworthy and reasonably priced. My computer is up and running great now. My only complaint is that it took two weeks for the repair to be completed and sometimes they’d forget to call me for a status, otherwise I would have given them a 5-star. Hunter, the manager and his techs are very considerate about your equipment and data, I felt like they really cared. I highly recommend them for any tech repair needs."

"These guys are absolutely top flight! The associate I spoke with (sorry I forgot his name!) was super courteous, thorough in his knowledge, and even suggested alternatives if they couldn't provide me with the exact fix I needed for my S22 Ultra... ... which they did! Didn't need an appointment, just walked on in and they were able to fix my phone without issueand it took them only two hours! The guys at the store (the one on Rainbow in Las Vegas) were really friendly dudes, advised me on everything they were gonna do, and let me know a whole suite of options. Sure, it was a $346 repair (thanks, taxes!), but that's a damn sight better than replacing my $1300 phone! I'll definitely be back to let these guys service my gaming devices as my PS4 sounds like it's taxiing down a runway!"
