"Went in for an oil change and they tried to tell me my water pump is bad. Took my jeep to a mechanic I’m familiar with and the water pump is fine. Go here if you want to get robbed. The worst shop I’ve ever been to. Didn’t think national companies did this type of thing. I’m wrong and you are warned."

"I really appreciate how fast they work and how kind the staff is. I have not had any issues and have used Meineke on North Decatur for years now. I have another Meineke center slightly closer but specifically go to this one because of their excellent service."

"They're completely incompetent for diagnostic and repair work. I had a transmission fluid leak on my F-150 and took it to them. They told me it was a gasket. It leaked again and they said it was the harness. Immediately after this my truck started riding rough, grinding gears and losing power. I pulled over on the highway and called and them. They did pay for my truck to be towed. I thought they were showing me due diligence. They said they had their master mechanic look at it. After looking into my problem over several days, they called and told me it was the transmission that needed to be replaced. I wasn't happy about this but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They replaced the transmission. It drove okay for about a week but I noticed the shifting was a bit rough. Now it's been a couple weeks and it is doing the same thing it was doing prior to them replacing my transmission. I should have taken it elsewhere. I hope other's have a better experience but as for me, I will no longer being taking my vehicles to this shop or any Meineke for that matter"

"Nice service. Keep me updated on what was going on and very friendly. Very knowledgeable. And gave me great advice and what need to be fix and help me figure out what was best to get done right there and what could of waited. However the slight only problem I have is that it's was experience to get my car done. If the price was a little lower that would of been better. They did help me out and drop the price on a wheels aliment so that was a big help. Overall I would go back. Great service. They did a good job."

"Annual smog time and a return to my favorite mechanic shop! I am always pleasantly surprised that regardless of who is at the counter to arrange for my service, the friendly and professional feel is always there!! I drove in without an appointment expecting to need to return later and 15 minutes later I was driving off smog check in hand!! If you are looking for a mechanic shop that treats everyone just like they would family, this one comes highly recommended without any reluctance on my part saying this! My only regret is not stopping there sooner!!"
