"I was on a cross country road trip last week and these guys not only got my truck issues diagnosed, they got it repaired and had me back on the road in less than 5 hrs. Their pricing was very fair and actually saved me about $1k compared to the dealership. Everyone else in the area couldn’t even look at it for 3-4 days so they definitely saved me time and money. "The Sun Auto location close to my house had some bad reviews, even saying that they had put the wrong oil on the cars. So I decided to come to this location in Blue Diamond, which is farther from my house, but had less bad reviews. I made the appointment by phone the day before. The people working on the counter are nice and friendly. But the technician didn't look that friendly when I smiled at him as he was getting my car. Anyways, I was told it was going to take about an hour, but it was ready just before that. So I paid and began to analyze the receipt. I couldn't find the oil they used, so Eric pointed it out where it was in the receipt. I immediately told him they had used 5W-30 but my car uses 5W-20. I expressed him that I didn't go to the Sun Auto close to my house exactly because of this. Eric seemed embarrassed, apologized, and got the keys again. I wanted to be sure they actually changed everything again, so I looked through the glass window how the unfriendly technician (Anthony) was changing the filter. Minutes later, Eric parked my car in front of the door. First thing I did was open the hood and find an oil drop in the area, and more greased finger marks in the steering wheel and parking brake. I cleaned all before moving my car, so they could still see me there, and then again when I got home. This was my first visit to this place, but now I don't know if it was also the last. While in general they were good (availability, price, friendly, wait time) and took responsibility for their mistake, I find it unacceptable to use the wrong oil when even the oil cap under the hood has the info on it. Also unacceptable that they don't care about dirtying your car inside with oil, just because they don't put any covers nor clean after. At least it wasn't in my seat, because that would've resulted in a different reaction from me. *I am including a photo of my car's oil cap where it clearly shows the type of oil that it uses. Also a photo of one of the grease marks inside."
