"Took my car their store on Cactus last Saturday just before closing because the rear tire on my 2017 Kia forte had shredded to pieces. The manager Steve pointed out to me that all the rest of the tires on the car which had almost 50,000 miles on them and came with the original car were also showing severe sidewall damage and ready to come apart. I'm thankful he noticed this and I ended up replacing all four tires. Steve gave me an excellent price and service and I was safely on the road again within an hour. Very glad that I chose them to do the service."

"Again, the professional and friendly atmosphere at SUN Auto Service is way above the average field of car service and repair companies. The manager provided an exact quote of my repair with parts and installation beforehand. One of the repairmen took the time to show me the broken part and explained the cause and what was needed to replace it. Then the manager gave an estimate of the time to get the part and install it, and he was right on target. Exactly as he estimated. "Let me start by saying that the customer service with this place is beyond amazing. I'm always hesitant to bring my cars to auto places for fear of being charged more than what's needed. Not a worry here! They took me in right away and didn't make me wait around long to diagnose my cars issues. Even better they sent me a detailed report and pic and showed me with my car what was needed and explained why. They gave me a more than fair estimate in the cost and worked with me to meet my budget. Even going so far as to call me when they found something else that was needed and saved me more!
