"My car was brought in for service on 03/19/2024. At the completion of the service another service was recommended. The mechanic at Firestone stated that a belt was cracked and needed repair and the cost would be a little over $200. I declined service and brought my car to another mechanic for the repair as they quoted me a lower price. I brought my car in and was advised by the shop that the belt was absolutely fine. I have lost my trust in this shop."

"Whatever you need done don't come here because they don't use new parts. We brought a Ford transit van here 2/2 for front brakes and 3/6 today they had to replace my brakes again after only driving 5k miles. Like I'm not a mechanic but I know brakes last longer than 25k if you're not ripped off.. I should of listened to Tire choice when they said you will pay less money but the work you will be coming back because they don't do it right. So do yourself a favor and just pay the extra money elsewhere. Update: I've called the customer service and got a case# and the area manager was supposed to reach out to me 5 days later and noone has contacted me. So no I will not email anyone for Firestone does not care after they already took your money."

"Made an appointment with Frank for some follow-up he recommended. Made it for the weekend, but Frank would not be there. He said that everything would be taken care of by the weekend staff. Sunday morning rolls around, I'm running 10 mins late and am told that my appointment was cancelled and 2 other people had been put in my appointment spot. I asked if that was a normal rule to cancel after 10 mins, and I was told no. He offered to put me back on the schedule but it mean't I would have to wait after everyone else. Not sure what his name was, but he was rude and quick to raise his voice. I will not do business with this person ever again. Go to Frank, the other guys are rude and do not care about appointments over getting the next guy in."

"Yesterday on 01/30 I called this location to confirm my appointment for an oil change, and was greeted with kindness and courtesy by Joey. Upon entering the store I was also greeted and treated with the upmost kindness as well. During my interaction with Joey at the counter was a fantastic experience to say the least. He asked me how my day was going, would I like a water, and even ask me how I was feeling. That is the type of service and courtesy I encountered, and was very happy to be treated in such a wonderful manner. I was elated, given my last visit. I appreciate the stellar customer service I received yesterday."
