"Fantastic experience! My 2019 Audi Q7 suspension was making a knocking noise. Dealership recommended $4900 in repairs that they said "might" fix it. Brought it to Red Rock for a diagnostic. They found no repairs needed, but re-torqued all the nuts & bolts during their inspection and knocking noise is gone. Bring your vehicle here before going anywhere else!!!"

This is one out of maybe 5-6 shops in all of Las Vegas and Henderson that I wouldn’t hesitate to send my mother too, and I know I could trust them to not have to be there. Not only are they an incredibly talented team when it comes to repair, but they also have a level of character and integrity that seems so rare to find these days. They’re honest, fair, and talented to a degree that restores my faith in the existence of downright good businesses. I never write reviews of businesses I serve but I had to make an exception here. "I have a big pet grooming bus, a gas Ford e450. When I tell you NOBODY wants to work on this vehicle, I MEAN it. I called 6 or 7 different truck mechanics and nobody could help me. I almost didnt even try calling this place because they looked kinda fancy and corporate and out of my price range. Let me tell you, they were SO kind and SO understanding. My bus needed all 10 spark plugs replaced and the whole thing needs to be taken apart to do that. Not only was the price SO FAIR and far under my expecting, they actually had my truck done the NEXT DAY. when your vehicle is your work place, every day you're off the road is more and more money lost, and when you're as booked and busy as I am, rescheduling entire days of clients is almost impossible. "Can’t say enough good about my experience. I was having a coolant leak that I could not figure out and found Red Rock when searching for a shop. They got me in the next morning and by lunchtime they had it figured out. They provided a clear diagnosis with what I consider a very fair quote. My truck was in the need of a few maintenance items so we discussed and they were able to take care of everything by the following afternoon. My truck drives perfectly and not one drop of coolant anywhere. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning to them for any other work I need done."
