"I am actually a short term resident here, snowbirding from Montana. My experience at VGV has been highly satisfactory. --they allowed us to rent for only 2 months --Sarah in the office was very helpful in guiding us, as first time renters, through the application process. --Ashton in the office has been extremely helpful --the computers and printer they make available have been invaluable since we didn't bring our printer --our washing machine didn't work when we first arrived and, since they couldn't quickly fix it, they changed it out. Above and beyond! --our apartment is easy to care for and the complex is very quiet. --our dog loves the Bark Park. --everybody is friendly and nice My only complaint is not on the complex or its staff; it's on the dog owning residents: People! Please pick up your dog's poop! We feel obliged to check our shoes every time we come in the door."

"We are in our 70s visiting grandkids in Henderson for the winter. We found Villas at Green Valley to be a perfect fit. From the initial tour with Ashton to Sarah helping us with the application process everything has gone super smoothly. When our washing machine didn't work at move in, they had a new one brought in the very same day that we reported it. When I reported the trash can in the dog park full, it was emptied. When I reported a lack of poop bags, they reappeared. The staff have all been super friendly and very helpful. They even provided donuts in the leasing office on Valentine's Day! Other residents have been friendly and respectfully quiet. We definitely hope to stay here again next winter!"

Jonathan is very thorough with his repairs and ensures the issue is fixed before parting to another job to be done.
