"This building would've been better in a different city. Location wise not the smartest, considering other FS Residences are located in the city, rather than a suburban area. If the starting point of these residences are estimated to be $3.5m, I won't be surprised if they have a major price cut, or sit vacant for years. This city may have a current housing demand, but not where people will pay over $1m. Ascaya is a perfect example of it. Word of the wise to anyone planning on relocating to this city or buying at this price point, don't. You'll end up losing money."
