"The property seemed nice. Got denied Jan 10 because I hadn’t been at my current job for long enough. It’s March 5 and they still haven’t mailed my check like they said they would. I called and didn’t get a call back because they went to lunch. Had to call again and they told me there was a money order waiting for me. When I asked why they asked me for my mailing address to mail the check if I’m supposed to pick it up and she replied it is what it is. Yes. My deposit was returned AFTER writing this review."

"I'm excited and pleased to so far with my family new apartment. I can tell that Devin took the time to listen to my comfortability and concerns when choosing a unit for my family. Devin and Janet's hospitality, customer service and communication for me is a A+. Since being here for a year this will be a our first place where we make home. Even though they're minor fixes that needs to be done and it's not pool season I really like our place. I will have to live here long to give all five star Thank you so much"

"I have been living at the Solevita Apartments for quite some time and the custodian that is here continuously harasses tenets and has been caught lurking at several tenets. His job requires him to maintain the property clean, which he does not, The property is always filthy with garbage, dog poop,and glass everywhere.Instead of him completing his job duties, he roams around the property and has been seen hiding by buildings, dumpster areas, or coming out of tenet's units carefree. He has been seen by numerous tenets lurking at people coming from or going to their units and vehicles. This man has also been caught watching female tenets in a very pervasive way, like watching female tenets bend over while they pick up dog poop. This has gone on way to long, if the on site manager cant put an end to this problem, then the regional manager needs to step in and take control of the situation, this has been going on for several years."

"I used to love living in this complex… I’ve been here almost 5 years and just in the last year and a half or two it has gone drastically downhill. By that I mean the gate has been broken for the last year but just now finally got fixed, my packages keep getting stolen, I constantly have to deal with dog poop everywhere, there are feral cats everywhere that people continue to feed, there is a guy in the building next-door that looks like he has a hoarders ordeal on his porch yet nobody does anything about it, there’s trash everywhere now and to top it all off the maintenance guys are so incompetent this is what they tried to install for my AC and furnace filter… They literally ripped it in half instead of going and getting the actual size so after the idiot left I ordered the correct size online and I have been paying for a new filter every three months because maintenance literally doesn’t care and unfortunately all this started happening after Lynne left… Cara in the office at least responds to emails and is helpful as much as she can be but the quality of this place has gone downhill so drastically and it really sucks because I love my apartment & don’t want to move but every year they keep raising my rent and I get no perks out of it… I literally only gave two stars because I love my unit and I hate the fact that I had to leave a review but enough is enough… DO BETTER!!!!"

"Horrible apartments, when Lynne was there she was very helpful and attentive, it was downhill after she left. Nothing getting fixed. They charge so much for nothing but the pool and grills have been broken for 3 years. Nothing comes in the mail like they say, never answers the phones, maintenance men are horrible, changed staff so many times but still no solution. Mold, broken everything, work orders never fulfilled. Just scamming innocent people left and right. Never felt safe, creep neighbors and maintenance men who literally have the keys to your apartments. I see this ending so badly."
