"Nice apartments however the office person Cece (if I’m spelling it correctly) is very rude and I’m not sure why. She always has an attitude, like I’m always bothering her, when I pay a good amount of money to live here and I’m never rude. I will be bringing this to the manager but I just wanted to let everyone know how rude she treats residents."

"I’ve been living here for a while (over a year and a half) and it’s now turning into a place I’ve never would’ve hoped. I was transferred to a unit that I never got to see beforehand & it’s been awful. I’ve never experienced such an extreme lack of care about the issues with my very not-move in ready apartment that I was moved into approximately two months ago. I sent two maintenance requests, videos, and my ultimate favorite is the vendor that entered my apartment with a key that was supposed to meet me there (not with their own key..) at a certain time and instead came an hour early and I only knew that due to my doorbell. I hate it here now. I’ve grown complacent knowing none of my issues will ever be addressed. The maintenance people are nice. I just don’t understand how things are flowing since I'm being ignored."

"I just moved here a little over a month ago. The office staff seem friendly and the amenities are great but I’m very upset that I was told I wasn’t able to look at a vacant unit before renting with them. I would have never picked this unit if I saw the condition it was in. When I moved in I immediately noticed the carpets have stains on them and one of the panels in the kitchen is in such terrible condition and is such an eye sore, it’s been over a month I’m still waiting on maintenance to do something about it. IM SO DISAPPOINTED."

"Have been living here for two months. Nothing to complain. The community is nice and there is a pond nearby perfect for a morning walk while is not too hot. The pools are relaxing and I love the jaccuzi. I feel safe here."
