"Ascaya is absolutely amazing, I just got done touring this amazing secure affluent community. Me and my wife are moving to Vegas from Washington and found that this particular community fits us the best, we have looked at all of the luxury communities within the entire Las Vegas area and without a shadow of a doubt will be moving into Ascaya. My only issue with this community is that there are not enough houses to choose from, had we found the right house at about 6000 - 8000 ft.² we would’ve snatched it up in a heartbeat. I would strongly encourage the developer to put up a half dozen or so resale homes so people like me that are coming in and want to settle in immediately can do just that. Other than that I would rate this community the best in Las Vegas, views are amazing - especially at night. The weather is crisp and clean."

The best day/night views in all of Las Vegas - You will without a doubt enjoy being here, Not only are the houses amazing, the air is clean, The clubhouse is pristine, the grounds are kept clean and crisp. Trust me if you don't belong in Ascaya, you are NOT getting in. Unlike other “secure” golf course communities that allow pretty much anybody to get in anytime, The security is second to none at Ascaya, this is the safest place to reside in all of Las Vegas. Much more exclusive than the top communities in Summerlin, Vegas and Henderson. They recently built an amazing family Park so the spot is ideal for families, retirees, professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and just about anyone who wants to live in an amazing enclave. Unlike other “exclusive communities” that allow sub $1 Mil homeowners, you better have a minimum $7 million to get into a nice home in this establishment. Money isn’t everything but it doesn’t hurt, You will be the envy of your friends and family. Overall amazing place to live. 10 out of 10."

"Beautiful, contemporary guard-gated community. They're selling lots to build homes with land starting at $450,000. The higher up the hill, the higher the price. Land will probably be over $5 million for the top tier homes. HOAs will be $591/month. The club house will be complete June 2017 and the plans look stunning."
