"I have lived here for five years. We always enjoyed living in this complex, but they've been some problems. They say there's a pool, which I have used many times, but you can counter it being closed for many months every single year. As soon as the weather warms up, the pool closes down for some unknown reason. They claim there's a part missing or something broken that they cannot access for a while. Recently we've been told we close for several months, taking us past memorial day. So, if you want an apartment complex, it actually has a pool, check somewhere else. The dog park. It's a great place for new neighbors and old alike. But there are too many people that do not clean up after their dog. When we let the complex know, they don't do anything about it. They send out an email that nobody reads apparently. There's no enforcement. I've become become more and disillusion with this apartment complex and I'm looking forward to our lease coming to an end so we can start over somewhere else."

"The grounds are spotless and the neighborhood is quiet. The apartment is spacious and everything was spotless and in working order upon arrival. I have only been here 3 weeks or so but so far so good! Elizabeth in the office is great!"

"We moved here, from out of state, in December 2020. We literally moved in on NYE lol. We love our apartment! Of course, its an apartment so you will hear your neighbors sometimes. Especially the above ones. But that’s apartment living. The neighbors behind us have a huge dog and a baby. We NEVER hear them. We also have a baby and our neighbors said they never hear us. This is a gated community and is ver safe. I have not seen any weird activity or sketchy people here. It is a very diverse community as well. In my building, there’s us ( a Black family), an Asian family, a Hispanic family, another black family, two multiracial families and a White family. I love it here. Maintenance is GREAT! They are always on time and efficient. The office staff is literally like family. Even though I rarely go into the office, they are always very warm, welcoming and asks about my family. They also throw little shindigs for the community every now and again. The pool is ALWAYS clean and 80 degrees. Open year round. Fitness area is small but gets the job done. Its only “small” because of COVID. If someone else is working out in there you don’t really have room to breathe unless you wanna breathe in each other’s possible COVID lol. I think the rent is fair for the area and the peace of mind. As long as they dont go up on the rent again/ by too much, I would stay here for years!!"

"I have lived here for almost a year and I love it! When my sister and I were looking for a place, the moment we walked in we new this was where we wanted to be. The vibe of everyone is the office was amazing. The apartment is exactly as the model, just without the furniture (obvi). Everything still almost feels new even though it was built in 2016. The reviews that mention trash and upkeep must be people who were upset with something else. The property is well managed and kept very clean. I never have issues with my neighbors, or ridiculous noise either. Anything I may need the office handles right away as well. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is where it is at. I have no intentions of leaving any time soon!"

"The complex is very nice looking, however it is nowhere near the value that it used to be. As others have stated, new management is on a mission to make sure that nobody wants to resign their lease! First they took away the towels at the pool, then they stopped maintaining the electric gates causing them to remain stuck open and pointless. The customer service is nice in person but non existent via phone or email. Nearly all of the amenities offered when we moved in were slowly stripped away. When we moved in the amenities were why we were willing to pay more; without them it is just a rip off!!! Also, they hit us with a bogus carpet cleaning fee that they didn't mention when we moved in. Oh, and I almost forget to mention that they told me they are planning to raise rents.... even after reducing their costs by stripping all the amenities! So glad to be out of that place!"
