"I, Rodney Rigler, am updating my post from about 2months ago. I have recently moved Into ONE60 Apartments. My experience from my first visit to my move-in was nothing short of the best experience. Sandie as well as Vicki in the leasing office went above and beyond in assisting me with my move-in. Very professional as well as very honest. During my move-in there was a few items that needed attention and the maintenance supervisor Manny was right on top of all the repairs. I highly recommend ONE60 APARTMENTS, to anyone that is looking for a new place to call home."

"First we have lived in One60 since Day 1. The pest control comes every week. The place is kept up wonderfully. Never had a bug issue. I'm assuming the two negative reviews who put that the Manager is "targeting them" two days ago are the ones with Pitbull's and wanting to fight every occupant they see then go back to their apartment and smoke pot from their balcony! Just my opinion but maybe this isnt the right fit for you Buddy. Go somewhere they allow pot smoking, fights and aggressive people and animals!"

"Definitely won't recommend!!!!! 2 months in and nothing but harassment from the office manager Kristine and when you file a complaint about her to her boss she makes up false accusations to retaliate. I'm still waiting for a response from westcorp about my complaint about her but it doesn't seem like the tenants are a priority for this apartment complex. $2100 a month and there's roaches everywhere as well."

"Recently lived here and wish I didn't have to leave. They are called apartments but are definitely more of a town home feel. Loved the city view that we had. Attached garages are also a huge plus. Small, quiet community with a nice pool and BBQs for the summer weekends. Christyne the Property Manager made absolute sure that everything was in place and well beyond expectation. Goes out of her way to make sure you and yours are comfortable. Manny the maintenance guy is awesome and has a laugh you will never forget. Thanks for everything!"
