"Nasty customer service. Refused to take my rental application due to other applicants? Isn't that illegal? Don't rent from them. They state they take multiple applications for the same unit but that's not true. When someone sets down your rental application and money and acts like they don't want someone's money, of course they won't apply. I don't beg people to take my money. As a business owner, I am concerned by the way you respond to people and the way you refuse to take money. Quick to respond to a Google review but not return calls or handle people with better customer service. It it 100 percent illegal what you guys are doing. You can't refuse a rental application"

"Rude, dismissive, never reply back. When I called the woman on the other end wouldn’t let me finish my sentence and she’d try to wrap up the call after each issue I was listing. They told me to email them after we finally got them to pick up the phone for a list of issues we have with the house, we did and still haven’t heard back. Now we have a house with no lights or fans in all the bathrooms a chandelier that’s hanging on by a thread, leaks soaking the wall and the list goes on."

"I shopped around for office space and found the perfect office for my business with Arik’s team. Everything went smoothly and the support at the front office has been great. Anytime I need anything they get it done very quickly. I will be finding a home with First United Management when the time comes."

"Completely unprofessional, taking advantage of tenants, they won't complete repairs, continuously fabricating their response to continue avoiding making repairs to the property they are unresponsive. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere this establishment is a complete fraud they raised the rent by $500 and have never made a single repair to the property and will avoid it at all cost. Martha is a horrible person and lies every time we talk to her, never recalling what she says always repeating what she has to do but never actually doing it going as far as to tell me to contact the owner's warranty company myself. They always want to blame the warranty and/or insurance for not repairing anything not even something as simple as the porch light which mind you is a major liability since it's pitch black at night! Their reply is always the same, the only words they know are Warranty and Warranty doesn't cover. We initially contacted them in August with all of the issues and not a single shingle on the roof has been fixed. All the vendors that have come out to inspect speak negatively about the company some have even told us that they know this house and working with First United Management Group is impossible. SHAME ON YOU! This establishment is taking advantage of the current housing and economic situation. Funny that none of the good reviews have pictures of the great "repairs completed"."

"PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER TALK TO YOU AGAIN!! This is by far the worst management company I have ever had to deal with. We moved in 3 months ago and there were many things wrong with the house that needed to be fixed prior to move in. As of this point in time nothing has been fixed and they've sent out several maintenance guys that just say we can't do anything or we will send them a bid for the work. Then nothing gets done at all and I have to call and restart the process all over again. There have been several times where I have tried to call them with no answer for days, if you leave a voicemail no one will ever listen to it or get back to you. I have sent several emails with pictures in regards to what is wrong with the house and what needs to be fixed and every single time I call they answer and say what's wrong? They do not communicate among each other or leave notes on the account for others so everytime you talk to someone you have to retell the whole story. You can tell that both the front and back doors have been kicked in and the door frame was just plastered back together. The sliding glass door will not open at all and has huge gaps that are not weatherproofed at all. When it rains there are many leaks in the house that they refuse to do anything about. All of the drywall in the garage has been ripped out leaving no insulation at all. This company is a scam so please do not waste your time attempting to work with them."
