"I was on the waitlist for two years. I got a little frustrated, but I’m glad I waited. My apartment is beautiful. Nice size rooms and closets. It is very clean and has everything I need to have a decent life here. The grounds are very well kept and landscaped. The people here are friendly and make me feel very welcome. It’s also quiet. The office helped me with my bags because I flew in from out of state. Other than the month to month rent after six month lease, I have no dissatisfaction with my move in."

"No complaints about the unit, building, neighborhood or staff. I love my apartment. The building is clean (outstanding, hard working maintenance and housekeeping staff). Safe neighborhood. Personally, I haven’t had anything happen to me to make me feel unsafe (except for coming face to face with the occasional spider or coyote). I love W/D INSIDE the apartment! The office staff appear to be honest, hardworking folks with a professional and friendly demeanor. I love the Amazon hub lockers for packages. This is my first experience with affordable “income-restricted” housing. So, I was surprised they have rent increases EVERY 6-12 months and don’t offer 12 month leases (all MTM). It is highly unlikely that my 55+ neighbors are going to work a part time job to make extra money! But, personally my rent increases have been less than ten per cent of my rent. So, I feel lucky compared to renters in rentals that aren’t government subsidized."

"The office doors are often closed. The office staff does not reach out to tenants The clubhouse room is closed at 4:30. Older people like to gather in the evening hours. Very few are using the room as it’s not conducive to meeting neighbors. Most we get to meet them is when there is good delivery. Or events that are to try and sell us a service or product. They say that too much has been stolen but why do they need three people to work the same hours? Why not have one work 1 to 9? If I could afford to move I would. Of course since they will be raising the rent again since we got a small SSA increase I will be stuck longer. I loved it when I first moved in but since the renovation and change in ownership it has been depressing. Not at all tenant friendly! Must say that the Maintenance staff goes a great job and always responds to issues. Always smile and say hello when passing in the hallway!"

"Applied last February with a pleasant professional woman, Rhonda. She told us that for a 2 bedroom there was a 1 year to 2 year wait. Checked back in July and was told about a year to reach our name. Checked today and was told Rhonda no longer there and our wait would be 2 to 3 years. Are they putting their friends in first? Does not pass the smell test."
