"This is the worst pharmacy, don’t bother using them if you can help it. They mess up orders, they have phone issues, The pills get rerouted to different post offices , which then puts the medication on delays for delivery. This place is a joke."

"beyond fustrated I left walmart pharmacy because of going there and no priscriptions ready and so on. So I went here thinking I could get my meds delivered as I have mobility issues and a car that is on its last wheel. But when they did deliver we don't know when they are coming the intercom here does not always work so we have just been trying to pick up but it was hard going to just find out they are not ready. As they said they could all be filled on the same day every month I thought cool but my meds run out on the 2nd and stopped in on the 3rd but they was just getting started on them. So had to make another trip on the 4th to get them already out of some.So I am not sure why they did not start before the 2nd to fill them? I would think they would lookvahead and see what meds were needing refills and at least fill them a couple days ahead so they would all be ready on the same day like I assumed they would have been. One time I was needing a med and was all the way on the north east side when we had to turn around to come back. I should not have to waste my gas and wear and tear on my car running back and forth for no reason I can't afford that.. I thought a smaller pharmacy would be better not harder I don't want to deal with this frustration nor do I want to go with out meds because there are not being filled till I am out. I thought the goal was to have them so I could get them all on the same day with the exception of the diabeic meds as there dosses change. But today I had to get my wheelchair down tothe car and in the car and hope my car starts and drive there get the wheelchair out go in and get my meds and was told that she didn't know why they were not ready on the 2nd but tthen go back out we get the chair back into the car hope the car starts drive back home get the chair out go back in through the heavy hard to open door back to our appartment. When we was just there the day before. So all this because someone did not think it is important to fill the meds before the 2nd. I am glad I am not on important heart meds or something that would be bad. I don't want to go through the hassle of switching but I guess I don't know what else to do it's not like my meds change a lot so I don't see how it is to complicated I just don't want to deal with all this."

"My wife was written a prescription to help her stop bleeding so bad.It was supposed to be filled the following day because they had to order it. We had to have the original sent to Walgreens to be filled. After taking my wife back to the hospital ,she was written another prescription for the same medication. I called reutzul to see if they could fill it the following day and was told that they would have it the following day, they had to order it. I called the following day and they didn't receive it. This is VERY unacceptable. I will get my prescription elsewhere from now on!!! Losing blood is a VERY important issue."

"I cant stand this staff they give no courtesy call or text when ur meds are ready. They just expect u to know and if u dont come in time they put them back. Everytime I talk to someone its like talking to pure attitude. If you dont like ur job quit it's simple. I hate the fact you people give no damn that people need their medicine and you are just like whatever instead of helping solve the situation. I hope you have to shut your doors."
