"I am going through a miscarriage and my doctor prescribed me the medication on the 12th for me to have it because I had to take cytotec. My doctor called my pain medicine into the CVS on center point road at12pm and I waited to hear from the pharmacy, I finally got a text from them that when my prescription is ready, they will reach out to me.I had to take my prescription cytotec on the same day the 12th of December. I was in so much pain that my husband reach out to the pharmacy and they finally told me that they were out of stock and I have to wait until the next day for my prescription to be ready by 5:44 pm mind you I still have to take the second dose of the cytotec. I waited for 5:44pm called the pharmacy and my prescription was not still ready. The pharmacist assistant was so rude to me for the two days that I had to wait, it was ridiculous and my prescription was finally ready at almost 7:00pm the 13th of December. If you are going through a miscarriage and you need painkillers that your doctor prescribed to you to help with the pain, I suggest you go to a different pharmacy and not the one on center point road because my experience was horrible."

"I've been picking up medication for my dog here for about half a decade now. The place has really gone down hill. I've lost count of how many times now I've schedule a prescription for refill and gone in hours after that time only to find they never filled it. What's the point of calling in the refill? Even if it does get filled, odds are you'll spend 15-30 minutes in line waiting. The customer service has gone downhill too. They're obviously understaffed *everytime* I go in. That's no exaggeration; I can't recall a single time in the past year when they weren't. There seems to be more employee turnover in the past few months too. I'm transferring all my family's prescriptions elsewhere ASAP. There's clearly a management problem at this pharmacy and it's not going to be resolved any time soon."

"Very costly...better prefer Wallmart pharmacy to save money for the same medicine. I don't understand what special CVS does to have the medicines bit expensive. I would suggest to opt for Walmart pharmacy and you can easily notice the difference in cost for the same composition of medicine."
