"I went in to have my shoulder replaced, I had a complication, normal one, and spent 3 days in the ICU unit, and moved up to 8th floor to prepare for home. the staff at Mercy hospital amazed me let me tell you about them, from the housecleaner to the Charge Nurse, kitchen staff I met nothing short of kindness, caring , excellence in each person, every single staff member was poite, you could feel their positivity and sincerity. And when they asked how I was doing, they MEANT it. I thank them and I would recommend Mercy Hospital to anyone."

"I got a bacon cheese burger from there because my boyfriend works there and he got me food from the cafe and I ate it and was throwing up for almost 24 hrs pretty sure I got food poisoning or meet wasn’t cooked all the way not sure but one of my friends also got sick twice from eating there, it ain’t no good. Yall need to look into it asap thank you."

"Came into ER after surgeon recomended for possible blood clot. Ordered Ct scan and only did part of the order. Laying down was very painful. Before going to second scan to correct issue. Asked to be unhooked to use restroom. Waited over an hour to use restroom after second ct Had to complain twice before we got help. Not a good scenario"

"I should have known better than to have my dad taken there. Last year they were so worried about his parkinson's diagnosis and getting him walking they ignored/didn't inform me of a spot on the scans and to get it checked. When the mass is bigger than my fist and I finally get him seen they are like oh well it is in his file. Take him in this year for pneumonia and he can't walk after. They want to have him stop cancer treatment to go to rehab to be able to walk. Oh I am sorry I want him somewhere he can still get treatment for the thing that can kill him. Yes let us worry about if he can walk instead. Please just take yourself or your loved one anywhere else. Back alley might help them more."
