"Least competent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I have given them 3 years because most convenient to our house, but the issues are just too consistent. Prescriptions are always delayed. When I call to try to solve the issue, they are rude, cut me off, and do not take note of what the issue is. For over a year, they incorrectly submit a prescription to insurance every time. I call and try to explain each time that they should make a note. Their response is always we are busy and then hang up. It is stunning that something simple cannot be fixed."

"Stood at pharmacy counter for about 5 minutes, literally watch the clock hanging on the wall behind the counter. Not one person even acknowledged I was there. I made a comment that I must be invisible didn't even look up. There was absolutely no one else waiting. I walked out without purchasing anything I will never be back. It's obvious they have too much business and didn't need mine."

"After driving 30 minutes across town from the doctors office, then waiting 4 deep in vehicles at the pick up line was told it would be 20 minutes still at the Johnson ave and Edgewood Walgreens. This is generally the practice at this Walgreens. Asked to transfer all prescriptions to this Walgreens, On Edgewood and 16th Ave.,about four blocks away. Drove over there and pick them up immediately. This is my new place for medications. I Will never go back to this store! Horrible service at the pharmacy most of the time."

"Super friendly staff. Great pharmacy especially if you need a prescription filled late night. The store has a good assortment of products to pick up if you need to make a quick trip to the store. Groceries, household items, personal care etc. Oh and their photo department is awesome too!"
