"A tad understaffed but most are these days. Staff has always been helpful but insurance and the wait is just too much. As soon as they're better staffed I'm sure this will go up to a five-star."

"I moved here after the Walgreens on 29th shutdown. Have had terrible experience with them. It's always a headache to get my refills. I'm having to call in, come in multiple times and they still a lot of times don't have it or just starting to work on it. I'm moving to the Walgreens across town because this is just ridiculous and I shouldn't have to spend this much energy on this. That Walgreens refilled my order, that I waited 3 days for and still not done at this Hy-Vee, in 15 minutes. Something needs to change."

"The staff is typically friendly however every.single.month there is an issue with one of my rx's. I have been using different hyvee pharmacies for years. I really miss the Hyvee Drug in Marion! They were very efficient and Mike, one of the pharmacists was always so nice."

"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results…..well, I must be insane because every time I come to this HyVee pharmacy I get the same result, a headache…..the people that work here are some of the rudest, laziest, misinformed people I have ever dealt with, not too mention they all act utterly confused, and yet, I keep going back, why, because it is right across the street from my house. Not any longer, I’ll go to Walgreens, I don’t care how far I have to travel……"
