"Melonie made it a really smooth transition moving from out of state. When I went to pick up keys they even had a little goodie bag. There’s plenty of parking options as well, you get to park in a first come first serve spot within the apartments but there’s also street parking in the front. Grocery stores, food options and feeeway access all super close, and clean laundry facilities as well"

"I've only been living here for a month and a half but it's been a great experience so far! The place is good for the price and the other tenants have been friendly as well. We were able to get moved in quickly after applying and they were running a special that eliminated a large chunk of the initial move in costs which was an absolute blessing and helped us out immensely. "This is absolutely one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in for my entire. While the community is generally pretty good in terms of its environment and the location, the services are just extremely terrible especially their people at the leasing office. There has been constant noises coming from the water boiler in the machine room right next to my unit ( There is only one wall that separates all the machines and my bedroom). Though the noises won't affect you too much during the daytime, they get quite loud during the night time which drives me crazy. Literately, I have to put on ear plugs to be able to sleep every single night. I have reported this problem to the leasing office the first day I moved in to the unit. While they have promised me to resolve the issue immediately, nothing has changed over past 30 days. Every time I stopped by the office to report the issue, they always told me they would resolve the problem ASAP but I know it was all lies. I feel like it is totally ok if they state in their contract that there will be some noises in the unit because of the water boiler or at least inform me of the issues prior to signing up the contract or provide me a tour for the unit I am going to be living in, so the I could be be aware of the potential problems and can exercise my own discretion to make the correct judgment and decision. None of this happened to me. Nothing about the noises is stated in the contract. No one told me about the noises prior to signing the contract. The most ridiculous thing is that they didn't allow me to tour the unit that I was going to live in. Therefore, there was not even a chance for me to learn about the noises until I physically moved in. I just wanna get out of there as soon as the contract ends. A good piece of advice for people who are thinking of living here. Ask about the location of the unit and whether the machine room is right next to your unit. Avoid living in a unit close to the machine room. It is simply not worth it."
