"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Advertised price on line was 65.44 and was charged 109.00 on my card. When I confronted the clerk. Not only did Ruby tell me to bad because I already signed the agreement but refused to give me my money back so I could go to a different hotel that didn't smell like burnt cabbage through out the hallways. My recommendation is to steer clear of the nasty place!"

"Had to stay at the Extended Stay for several months. Rudy and Ruby went above and beyond to make it as pleasant as possible while we searched for a house to rent in Reno. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. The king suite is very spacious and feels more like an apartment than a studio."

"Only stayed for one night. Air Conditioner was not functioning properly. Bathroom fan made a loud banging sound. No regular coffee was available to make in the rooms. Breakfast in the morning was a joke, coffee and few cliff bars, that’s it. On the positive side, the reception folks were very nice, the location was good and the rooms seemed pretty clean. Plus, the price was low…so maybe you get what you pay for?"

"Super nice front desk staff. The first day we arrived the odor was not pleasant at all, smelled like marijuana, which I have no issues with except that it should be done outside, or maybe the carpeting just needed serious shampooing? Except for this, we would recommend it to anybody else. OVERALL A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE."

"Extended stay is very close to the new Northern Nevada SIERRA Hospital. The price was the best we could find in Reno. Walking distance to stores and good restaurants. We had lunch at Pegs Glorified Ham & Eggs. Breakfast and lunch is served, the food was excellent and plentiful we took half back to our room. We where thrilled with the in-room refrigerator and microwave. We went downstairs and retrieved fresh hot coffee, hot chocolate and Instant Oatmeal. Had breakfast, a hot shower and we were ready for our day! Inside was very clean the outside needed some cleanup. Non smoking inside but lots of cigarette butts on the ground and walkways outside."
