"Beds are made out of rocks, pillows made out of rocks, and the sink was completely broken it's extremely hard to turn on the sink. Breakfast is somewhat expensive even with the coupons. Stains all over the carpet and said they don't do free breakfast anymore since covid. The ac can't even go below 70 for some reason, and I can just keep going."
"I was here for 5 days and never had an issues. The front desk was alway helpfull. Every interaction include pleasant small talk. Joe from the front desk was extremely polite and always made me feel welcomed."
"A little disappointed that I paid $150 for the night. The coffee maker didn't function correctly. So we couldn't have coffee. There are no frills, nada! Not even a continental breakfast. The room appeared to be clean, but old. In desperate need of upgrades. Won't stay here again. Other hotels offer so much more for the same price or less."
