"SCAMMERS!!!! They charged $95 for a service call which would be applied to total repair cost, except they never actually intend to do any repairs it seems. DO NOT call this company for your appliance repair!! First red flag was they required a credit or debit card to “hold the appointment “ and they tied up that $95 service call fee for a week as a pending charge on my account. THEN They called me an hour after I scheduled the appointment and told me that had to reschedule me. Finally got a technician out a little over a week later. He quoted a price to replace the control panel, gave me his card and said to let him know if we decide to have him fix it. Called him and texted him several times letting him know to order the part and he STILL has never called or texted back. I started calling the company number I first contacted and for the past two weeks, each person that answers the phone says they’ll follow up with the technician or they’ll see if another one is available and they will call me back later that day. No one ever calls back and the next time I call, I get the same thing."

"Our freezer stopped working on an evening. I called Monday evening around 9 pm and still got scheduled for next day service! AMAZING! They were early and did not need to source out parts since they have it in their truck. I saw the faulty part and was given tips on how to avoid running into same issue next time. Excellent team and I am grading them A+."

"I haven't used their services. But I gave 5 stars for their over the phone CustomerService and there quick scheduling time. I was advised service charge is lower during the week. And more expensive during the weekend."

"I had a terrible experience with this company. I needed the right side orifice repaired on my stove. The repair man gave me an estimate and told me he would be back in 3-5 days. A full week later he finally came to fix it. During this time he pointed out that the left side orifice would also need to be replaced. Why didn't he notice this the first time? I told him to hold off and to just fix the right side for now. Once installed he had me come check it and the front right side burner was turning on the back right side burner and vice versa. After pointing this out he tried to say it was a newer modeled part but clearly he ordered the left side orifice instead. His solution was to replace the left side orifice and order the correct part to come back another time for another $190. I kindly declined the extra part, and at the end he tried to charge me an extra $60 which I had already paid for the initial quote. He then proceeded to complain that he was only making $30 for the day since I pre payed $60 and gave him a $100 deposit after the first visit. Very unprofessional. At the end I was out $190 with the right side orifice still needing to be repaired. Afterwards I called in to complain and was told I would hear back within 24 hours to resolve it. This was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. All in all an absolutely terrible experience, go elsewhere for your appliance needs."
