"They can't even repair a broken screen properly. Phone started glitching after it got replaced which never happened before, oh and guess what the charging port is broken. When we brought this issue up they said they don't even touch the charging port or any of the parts inside the phone, which is not true at all, you have to disassemble some items inside the phone to replace the screen. Anyone who has worked in the tech repair space knows this, they should know this, so this means they don't know what they're doing. Also they wanted to charge to replace it, but they broke it! The audacity. Should've listened to a friend who said not to go here, but seeing these other reviews about their phones being messed up after the screen is replaced is definitely validating. Would recommend listening to those reviews that have issues because if there is an issue with your phone after the "repair" their customer service is not helpful. See how they respond to people with issues, my favorite is when they tell someone they need to unlock their phone to repair something and they tell them "it's not like you have presidential info on your phone" that's so unprofessional to tell a customer that, even if they are wrong. Sometimes with other companies I'll see people update their reviews higher because the company has good customer service and will help solve their problem, you won't see that here, which is sketch. It's not just about their mistakes, it's also about how they respond to their mistakes."

"Dissatisfied is an understatement. Do not trust these reviews as they incentivize people by giving them a screen protector to put a review up. I use a Google pixel 6A. While on a business conference my phone had a problems charging. I thought it might be the port or the battery so I took it here.. I told them my situation. They suggested recommended that they do a inspection for $70, that would go towards the battery. If they needed to replace the battery, the $70 would go towards the $100 charge. I was fine with that. They told me to come back at 5:00. I showed up at 6:00. There was a different person working there. The new person then tells me that they could order the battery but it wouldn't be fixed at least not for a few days. Had I known that that was not possible in the first place I would not have asked them to inspect it (which basically just required them to charge the phone). I tried reasoning with the person but he told me it's out of his hands. I'm disputing this with my credit card company all because they couldn't cancel a joke of a charge."

"Took my iPhone 14 pro max to get a back glass repair and when i picked up the phone cover in rubber band when removed all rubber bands found a black dot on my screen obviously cause by this this store when I call them to get it resolved they denied that they damaged my phone when trying to get in contact with the store and the stores manager and they kept avoiding me specially the store manager. When i came to the store the front counter person told me that the store manager was at another store helping at another customer and told me to wait that he was going to call me when i call the other store they denied that the store manager was there and that he doesn’t come in on Saturdays THEY DAMAGE MY PHONE AND REFUSE TO REFUND ME OR FIX THE PHONE"
