"Took my car in to have a low tire repaired. After checking in we were told it could take an hour or more so we shopped for an hour took my husband's truck home and waited. THREE AND A HALF HOURS passed with no word. We called many times and not one department answered. We drove back to the store and found out our car had been ready for quite some time. Extremely poor customer service but it is what you should expect at Wal-Mart. The grocery side was just as bad. There are 6 self-check lines and only three with a checker. They are hoping to be a complete self-check store. No checkers to pay no benefits to pay. I refuse to self-check as that helps them put a person on the bread line. Wish someone else would drive them out of business."
