"I am very pleased to share with other readers my experience having used Trails End Mobile Home Services Inc. in the past. My most recent service was a service visit was on Saturday, November 11th (i.e., Veterans Day) for which I wanted to make sure my thermostat was working. The tech came out and showed me how to properly use the thermostat since my husband did all of the home maintenance stuff related to it. The tech even cleaned the filters during the visit. I could not believe that they waived the $55.00 service charge! I was like "what"?? I was shocked since all of us ( professionals included) have to make our money. This kindness will keep me a customer with Trails End for a very long time. Thank you Craig and Trails End for this early Christmas Present! God Bless you and your techs!!"

"AC went out 16 yrs ago, called another company that was unsatisfactory. Then found Trails End, who came promptly & installed a new unit & did a fantastic job. Over the years I have called them to replace 1 capacitor, I blower motor, & a couple minor things. Today they came because unit shut down 2 days ago, they checked everything & could find nothing wrong, turned it on & voila cold air. Craig the owner said NO CHARGE & call him if it happens again. Wonderful service, highly recommend."

"Well I placed the call, left my name and number. It's been almost a week over a week maybe and I still have not heard from the gentleman."

"I called and was able to get same day service he came and looked at the furnace said he’ll be back Wednesday to do the repair on it and to call him by 11am if he doesn’t show up. I called him. Left a voicemail. It is now Friday I called back Thursday and today. No call backs, no explanation, no answers. It’s frustrating as I was depending his service and took the day off work. Luckily I found another company!"
