"Service Pros was assigned to fix my dishwasher and upstairs refrigerator. They took the money for service call. It’s been almost 1 month and they could not fix either appliance. They keep saying they ordered the wrong part or the part is broken and they have to get another one. Try calling their phone number. They never answer. The technician that initially came to my house said that they only answer between 8-9am. Terrible service. My appliance is still not fixed."

"Service pro is the worst repair company for warranty service. They came out last month to fix my refrigerator. After a week it broke down again. Call and left messages. Never call you back. It's been 3weeks still dont have an update. Please try not to do business with service pro. To avoid headaches and stress you them. Bad customer service."

"I pay for home warranty, they use.this company, I come home to test my dishwasher and it leaks. Called the office and they don’t pick up. It say they close at 4:30pm. Not one picks up and it was 3:45pm when I called. They don’t communicate if they are running behind, I had to call to find out what’s going on. I had to call to find out what’s going on, bc it’s pass my appt. I get a text saying 8 mins out. I called to complain to my home warranty. I asked for a refund, a different company, and lost wages as I have wait again. Let’s see what happens. Never will I recommend Service Pros."

"Absolute lack of communication. Straight to voicemail 9.99 out of 10 times. It's like no one works there. You can't get any progress with them. Had to go to a different repair service. Don't bother with this business and if your home insurance selects them, REQUEST SOMEONE DIFFERENT."

"He replaced a part for our refrigerator. Didn't work, came out again to replace the part about two weeks later. Still didn't work. Left messages, no return calls. Lied to our insurance company about what we did to it. Beware of this company. Not honorable."
