"CUSTOMER BEWARE! We have used Access Services Group for a variety of our plumbing needs, from a simple toilet fix to maintenance on a tankless water heater. Beware!!! When a project was not completed they charged again for a service call 2 days later to complete the work. It took the technician 30 minutes to complete to work yet I got charged for 2 hours at $90 an hour, plus $45 for something called an energy surcharge. When asked why I was charged for 2 hours I was told it was travel time for the tech to get to our house. When asked what an energy surcharge was, no one seemed to know. If you use this company be VERY AWARE of the unnecessary charges!"

"I recently purchased an EV and required a 240 outlet installation. Upon reaching out to Access Service Group, their technician provided an initial estimate of $300 - $400, especially considering the proximity of my electrical box to the desired plug location. However, I was taken aback when I received their official quote a week later, which was a staggering $1,100. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I considered that perhaps this was the going rate for such a service. But upon seeking quotes from three other local competitors, each one quoted the initial $300 - $400 range, confirming my suspicions about Access Service Group's inflated pricing. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work, I am deeply disappointed with their business practices. In an era where we are grappling with soaring prices and unprecedented inflation, it's disheartening to encounter a company seemingly intent on taking advantage of customers. I would advise potential clients to exercise caution and consider alternative service providers."

"We Access Services Group to install a warranty part on our hot water heater. We payed about $85 on our debit card and the plumber finished in about 10 minutes. It was good, work was done no problem. Then a few weeks later we got an invoice for $318.03 with a different work order day and invoice number. Then today we go another random invoice for $85. The invoices have no phone number and have our name wrong... they are very sketchy."
