They did a top to bottom inspection of our home and went over the list of issues they noted. They were honest and told me which were the MUST DO NOW items. "This is my second need for the Sunny Plumber to do repairs in my home. My experience was even better than the first and the first was fantastic!! Ivan repaired the garden faucet on the front of my home and even showed me pictures because I was unable to leave the inside of my home to go outside. (had an accident and fractured 3 ribs!) Very courteous, patient with my many questions because the past repairs on the same faucet haven't lasted more than a year or so. I have had to replace this same unit 3 times in 4 years. He says I have a two year warranty parts and labor and says this is a permanent fix and I will probably not need a future repair like I have in the past.
