"*Edit* Almost immediately I was contacted by the General Manager of Air Pro Master Jorge. He was upset that I had this happen and wanted to resolve it. Within 2 hours I had a new working faucet. Thank you Jorge for fixing this situation and thank you to techs who were both great. *Original Post* Here's the deal. I'm a home warranty customer just like tons of other bad reviews. Yes we are 2nd class customers. Yes I understand that and actually accept that. However the problem arises when the home warranty company and the technicians fail to communicate properly and thats whats going on here. I filed a claim on 2/21 they came out in relatively short time, Dennis was great, took pictures and said they are ordering the part and went on his way. A few days later I get an email about an appointment for 3/11 with them so I wrongfully assumed everything was going well. Nope. 3/11 no one showed up. I called them and they sent the tech back out either the next day or the day after. Dennis came back and I thought it was to fix it but nope, he took pictures again and said that something went wrong and they needed more pictures. That they would get the part overnighted and I would be all set. Its now 3/20, Ive been trying my best not to use my kitchen faucet but it's been a month. I honestly think I've been patient enough as a 2nd class customer. So whats the problem? I dont know but I know its not my concern. I'm a customer on both sides here, it's not my job to wrangle techs and vendors and CS reps at CHW. I pay for a service and it should be delivered. If it cannot be delivered you need to review your contract and terms with home warranty companies and stop blaming the customers."

"We had Air Pro come out to fix our kitchen faucet through our Warranty Plan and I just wanted to let you know your technician JJ was awesome. His professionalism was outstanding and his knowledge and attitude is exceptional it was a pleasure to have him help us. The office staff is also exceptional they went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of as fast as possible. I will definitely be recommending your company to my friends and colleagues. "I cannot thank Air Pro Master enough. I have always invested in insurance and home warranties and these guys were so professional and so economical compared to so many others that are providers within the network of my home warranty I cannot recommend these guys enough. Unfortunately I likely caught that new superbug fungus candida auris during a recent stay for a cardiac event at Mountain View Hospital. Unfortunately I've been having to shower twice a day with surgical grade soap and apply horrendously painful antifungal topical medication. I have literally had to sanitize all of my clothes using a new high-end GE washer that has a sanitizer setting to kill any of this candida auris that might get stuck in my clothes so I don't risk reinfection. Their technicians are so quick and responsive and helpful and the people in their back office are incredibly kind and accommodating. Hands down I think they are among the best plumbers in town if not the best!"

"My experience with Air Pro Master was exceptional. When I called to make an appointment, they were very proactive and gave me a timeframe when they could come out. The service technician called and let me know when he would arrive. He was very courteous and understanding of our needs. Unfortunately, the first service call didn’t fix our problem, but I called them back and made another appointment, which was also very efficient. Again the service technician gave us a call on his way and fixed the problem. I would definitely use them in the future."

"Everything was made easy. The receptionist was great. We made an appointment for Monday and hung up. Not 30 seconds later I get a call back stating they had a Saturday cancellation. I was fortunate to get a technician out early in my waiting window so I didn’t have to wait long at all. The technician was nice and knowledgeable. Got in and out within a half hour. No issues whatsoever with this company. Thanks everyone at Air Pro Master."
