"We made an appointment online to have the battery replaced in my husbands phone, we chose a date and time that was open and when my husband showed up after driving across town he was informed that no one was there that could perform the repair and he would have to come back at 1pm. When he returned at 1pm he was told the person was already working on something else and he would be next. Really??? So you provide times for appointments cancel them at the last minute and when he shows up to the time you gave him you have the person working on something else??? HORRIBLE service in my opinion. He was told we would be contacted when the phone was ready and that never happened either. I called to speak with a manager and was told by Terry that they only work Monday thru Friday 8:30 to 5:30 and that I could call back on Monday or contact customer service and the number was on the website. I was literally speechless!!! I read all the reviews before picking this company to replace the battery, however there customer service and concern for their customers was pretty much NON existant."

"Service was fast and simple, but the screen they replaced my broken screen with is not at all the same quality as the original iPhone screen. Colors are much more dull and muted and the screen is not as touch-sensitive as it was before :/ I’m not sure if this standard practice- it works fine- I’m just not thrilled with this change."

"Installed a new battery in my Galaxy s7 Edge. They said the battery had swelled. The phone is now much faster. I will test the battery length in the next few days. What I didn't like was they damaged the back of the phone on the top right and bottom left of the back, most likely opening and closing it. It will most likely devalue the trade-in value of my phone."
