"My water heater went out just after Thanksgiving. Idk anything about water heaters but turns out mine is also connected to the central heating system. I was on the phone and computer trying to contact so many different places to come out for a quote. I totally forgot I requested from this company and he was the last one to show up after 3 other consultations. And he was the best! Quotes I got were $8500, $4500, $3000 and then Frank shows up. He actually took the time to look up my water heater serial number and it was still under warranty and he had it available in his warehouse! His quote was only for labor $1500 and he was done in 4 hours. He drained and removed my old water heater, picked up the new one and installed new pipes or connectors or whatever they are and water heater. He also put all the contents back that were in the closet and put my patio back in order. Mind you, I’m on the 2nd floor in a condo with my water heater on the balcony. He was awesome.
