"We bought a Sharp 58" TV around 2019 for our living room. We have not had any issues for years. Recently a week before our anniversary the TV kept cutting off, the Sharp + Roku logo was getting really faded when cutting on the TV and then it just stopped cutting on. My mom was ready to buy another TV but I said let me take it to Digital since we live really close. Edgar took a flash light and was able to figure out the problem. After further diagnostics, he discovered the bulbs for the picture needed to be replaced. He said give him a week to get the parts and he'll have it fixed. Parts + labor $160, a new TV close to that size is about $300+ after tax. The TV is still working properly and all of our apps were still signed in when we hooked it back up. Also we had an accident months ago where a fan blade hit my moms TV and damaged something inside of it and it didn't work. We took it to Edgar he was honest and confirmed it was beyond repair because TV manufacturers don't sell the parts for that basically so the consumer can just buy another TV from the store (in other words). I like that he Edgar has used TVs for sell also and his repairs came with a 90 day warranty."

After seeing all of the very positive reviews for them across several different platforms, I gave them a call on a Monday afternoon. I explained what I thought was wrong with my t.v. - possibly the backlights going out. ?? Since I live in Boulder City I offered to bring the t.v. in to them rather than them picking it up, which is a service they offer. I dropped my t.v. off and was given a rough estimate if the problem was indeed the backlights. They told me they would let me know by Thursday what the problem was and give me a better idea about the repair cost. On Thursday I received a call letting me know my t.v. was ready and the fee was exactly what the estimate amount was. It's great to do business with such nice folks. "When I did a pop-up to the store yesterday because I couldn't get through for a phone quote, the salesperson was very kind and told me he'd call me within 1-2 hours; he quoted a very reasonable price for TV repair. An hour before they closed today (so repair completed within 24 hours), they called and told me my kids' LED TV was ready. The price was the same as quoted and we were told what parts had failed with the TV. We were also given a limited warranty in case anything should arise in the future. "These guys are Great! Edgar and Moses came swiftly across town to check into my flatscreen TV which had gone dark. They said it may be the motherboard, unwired the set from my DVD player, Comcast device and my DVR and took it back to the shop. When they brought it back it worked better than when it was new and whatever else they did, I was impressed! The motherboard was replaced and my cost seemed better than fair. Would I need to use them again, well, I have them on Speed Dial !"
