"Scheduled a tune up for our garage door as it was getting noise, shaking, and slamming shut. Thad pointed out the issue wasn’t a tune up, but the great need for the main spring replacement, along with supporting hardware. He very clearly showed me exactly the issues, including how heavy and difficult it was to open the door manually when disconnecting it from the rail. He offered us a great deal on everything needed ($1175). He even lubricated our 3rd car separate garage door. He had everything needed on his truck, and did the entire job inside of an hour. What a difference! No noise, smooth operation, can lift door with 2 fingers when disconnected (couldn’t do that before). No wobbling anymore. And 50,000 open/close 5yr warranty. Very happy with the results. Truly feel it was needed, and glad we did it. Don’t feel like we were “upsold”. Thad was very friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. Great Guy! Thank you"
