Was able to schedule an appointment online (I really appreciate online scheduling, it makes my life easier) for Monday at noon. The technician called 30min before arrival and was actually EARLY! He looked at the door and discovered the builder of this home used undersized/not enough springs for the heavy garage door. They did not have the parts to complete the job as it needed a complete conversion. They ordered the parts and came back the next day to complete the repair promptly. From breakdown to complete repair was less than 48hrs. Keep in mind, with the promptness and the ease of working with them, I’m sure it was a bit more expensive than what it would normally cost, but it was worth the peace of mind and professionalism Toni’s had.
