"Had a problem with a 2 1/2 year old furnace. Not putting out heat. Called and emailed M & K Heating and Cooling as they are the warranty provider for the type of furnace we have. They responded and sent a tech out, Chris. The furnace began working the night before he arrived. He checked everything out, could not find anything wrong. Explained if it wasn't happening when he was there he couldn't pin point anything, but described what could have happened. What I was impressed with was his knowledge, the ability to explain everything in plain language, and his taking time to answer all my questions. I enrolled in their annual plan to come out twice a year, once for the furnace and once for the AC unit. Very reasonable. Definitely will give me piece of mind."

"Hello! We were in crisis mode it’s been over a hundred all week and our older model ac unit went down on us a few days back, it was miserable, muggy and over the top hot. We needed an entire new system and like a nascar pit crew these guys came in ripped the old one out and put the new beautiful one in. We were on the verge of tears waking up from the long hot night and by that afternoon the house had a cool breeze running through it. "My AC went out Sunday night while I was sleeping (and the hottest week on record)...I had a terrible time trying to go thru my home warranty company to get someone to come same day and they wanted me to 'wait' until Wednesday or Thursday and deal with the 88 degree and rising heat in my home with two cats... I called M&K at the referral of a friend and they were so kind and caring and got Jose out to my place pronto! He was so helpful and quickly diagnosed the issue and got the part replaced. He went above and beyond to check out the system in the home as well (not just the outside unit) and I cannot thank Jose or M&K enough! Will be using them exclusively for my AC and heating needs!!"

"This company will go above and beyond to find the source of the problem in your HVAC system. We found this company because we were experiencing issues with our Bryant furnace (they are 1 of 2 authorized vendors for this brand) that runs on a 3 Zone damper system due to the fact that we have a 3 story home. It took several visits, some trial and error, but I think Orlando and his crew finally got the matter resolved. Orlando found a sensor for the damper system that was in the wrong spot and was likely in the wrong spot since the home was built in 2007. Every year, we have the same problem where our heater thinks it's overheating and shuts itself off. Orlando and his crew made some adjustments, properly set up the different zones, and put the sensor to where it should have been and I think he finally cracked a code we have been trying to figure out for years. I definitely recommend this company because the customer service by this company is out of this world and unheard in a community that relies so much on the proper operation of the HVAC. Also, the pure passion by Orlando to be the best really just shows because he would not give up and let us settle when we were not getting what we wanted from the system. If you need an honest company that wants to truly resolve the issue and not bandaid it, then this is the one for you!"

"A/C Technician Mike and Kurt! Took thier time to hear out our families concern. They serviced our compressor, air handler, control module and thermostats in house and found a bad thermostat and replaced under warranty in 24 hrs. Air handler unit in attic space was checked. It was a new build home. Found that builder did something wrong and corrected the issues. Well equipped and extremely knowledgeable! THANK YOU!"
