"The young man didn’t know what he was talking about. He contradicting himself and was highly unprofessional. Came to my home smelling and looking as high as can be. Eyes bloodshot and he was talking extremely slow and not telling me anything about what’s wrong with my unit. But was saying something was wrong. And the older gentleman, Alexander, that came with him seemed like he was the one who knew what he was doing, but unfortunately didn’t I guess understand my English and only understood his coworkers English and kept huffing and puffing when I asked a question for clarity. He grabbed his tools and just walked out of my house and went and sat in car and I never saw him again. I was left with the high and confused one who proceeded to laugh in my face before he left. To this moment we’ve had to call 2 other hvac companies and they told us exactly what was wrong. Very bad experience and I would not recommend to anyone."

"This company was assigned by AHS, they called me to set an appointment the very next morning, and got me scheduled within one day. Not only was their staff courteous and professional, but quick! Alexander came to my home, and within the first 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem. ALEXANDER IS AMAZING, he ordered the part and returned the following day, replaced part, and had my unit running perfectly!!! I will definitely request them for any other heating/cooling issues! It's refreshing to finally see a company that truly cares about their customers!!!"
"Igor was very productive and professional. I received ample warning of his arrival. When Igor knocked he asked if I wanted him to put on shoe coverings. Igor was quick with the service, he knew almost immediately what was wrong with my system when I explained it to him. (I was fearful because at the time of service the heater wasn’t replicating the same fault I’ve been having). 10/10 service! Would recommend!"
