"WOW 5 out of 5! - I hired to do a gas line on the inside of my house, and paid for 12 hrs of labor, They ran the line on the outside of my house, in four hours, and told me that the other way was "too hard" I spoke to owner,, who basically said "IN THE CONTRACTING WORLD, A BID IS A BID. YOU ACCEPTED IT AND THAT IS WHAT IT IS WORTH. THERE WILL BE NO DISCOUNT OR CREDIT AS YOU HAVE ALLUDED TO." -- avoid like the plague!"

"i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent."

"Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. "As a small business owner I am aware of the impact these reviews can have on a business and tend to not post anything bad but this story I have to share. I called Aqua Plumbing to professionally repair/replace a leaky PVC Compression Coupling on a main line. The office lady (very nice) informed me of their rate $131/hour + parts; I agreed and scheduled the visit. The plumber arrived as scheduled did the repair and left. Here is the interesting part. The pipe was already dug out, he just got the water out of the hole, tightened up the same compression coupling (did not replace it), spent 45 min to watch if it still leaks, left and charged $262. Apparently Aqua Plumbing starts their timer when the plumber leaves his house (which was not disclosed during during the initial phone call), you pay him at a full rate of $131/hour for all the drive time, then the repair time and the time he spends watching dirt dry (45 minutes). BTW who watches a coupling for 45 minutes to see if it still leaks? Anyways, the initial bill was $262 to tighten the old compression coupling - the office manager was again nice to me and dropped the bill to $131 after we spoke."
