After some issues with communication and getting a second appointment to replace a part, I got a call from Fred, and he apologized for the delay and took care of everything! This is what I call customer service, to err is human, but to own the mistake and fix it is beyond priceless. Would recommend them for all your projects or issues. "Daniel is awesome! He walked me through each phase of the duct cleaning, and was so thorough. The amount of dust living beyond my vents was disgusting, and I'm pretty sure no one's ever had this serviced in the two decades this house has been standing. My allergies and I can rest easy knowing we aren't breathing in 20 years of other people's dirt and grime. Daniel left no trace of a mess when he was finished, but did a courtesy vacuum for me, anyway. I will absolutely request him personally for future appointments!"

"I can't say enough about this company from immediate message response to the actual service. Gaby showed up exactly as planned, listened to my concerns and went to work. She did a superb job. I had another company come a month ago and I knew something wasn't right. Gaby spent a lot of time but cleaned an unbelievable amount of lint from my dryer vent. "We were having a furnace issue. Our furnace wouldn’t stay on. Called Bob’s at 7:15 am and they were able to get be on the schedule between 8am - 12pm. I received a text so I could track our tech Kyle’s ETA. Kyle arrived promptly, listened to me explain what was happening and assured me it didn’t sound like a big problem. He got right to work, was very professional and kind and the result was a sensor that needed cleaning. He checked out the other furnace as well and said all looks good and I shouldn’t have any further issues this winter. He answered all my questions thoroughly. We will definitely call Bob’s in the future as they seem to be reasonably priced and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Kyle was exceptional as a tech too!"

"Gabby and Jamal discovered that the outdoor capacitor of my A/C system was just out of spec range and needed replacement. They offered to replace it for a reasonable price.
