"We have a 17 year old system. I know that means a lot of companies will automatically push for total replacement. And I'm sure that is often the correct assessment after so long. I was prepared for that, if necessary. However, Dylan from Aloha never even suggested it. He diagnosed the problem (needed new blower motor and wheel) and fixed it. Getting the part meant waiting a day, but it would have been fixed on the spot if he had access to the parts. I don't know enough about AC problems to comment on price. But everything I see about the quality of their work and people tells me the pricing must be very fair."
