"Tim, the owner, called me back immediately. He worked on my computer problem remotely for nearly 2 hours, but only charged me for the first hour. He was very honest and humble about his vast knowledge in computers which was over 20-years. He is an outside of the box thinker who helped me recover files that was very difficult to get back after I unintentionally restored my computer back to factory settings.
